tripadvisorThe hotel stinks, It is dirty and worn. If you ride the elevator, you better be right with God. It moans and growns and vibrates. It is very scary. The odor of carpet deodarizer will make you nauseous All your belongings and your body will smell from it. The bathroom towels are dingy and feel dirty. Everything is worn out. You will be afraid to sit on the bed.
MoreAfter checking into the room, we got our bags and went upstairs. The room smelled. We had went back out to get our second load of bags, came back and looked around the room could not find the smell left and asked for a refund. The hallways smells like they sprayed a ton of air freshener to cover up the smells . Meanwhile, my sister cut her leg on some metal piece that was sticking out of the the bed. when I asked for a refund, the owner/manager said that i spent time in the room because we checked in and it took me more than 30 minutes to ask for a refund. He would not give me one. He never even asked about the smell or about the cut my sister got on her leg.I noticed he has people staying there that work in the area and their company pays for the rooms. If I knew what companies I would call them to tell them they are paying way too much and putting their employees in a very disgusting hotel. This man should not be able to get away with things like this. And thank goodness for my credit card company and not letting him get away with charging me $176.00 for walking into that place he calls a hotel. Comfort Inn should be ashamed to let him use their name .
MoreFirst floor smell really bad like Indian food whatever it is makes me sick to my stomach. Door squek
MoreIt is dated and kind of dirty. Registers in the lobby are filthy. Served Sunny Delight or some other koolaid type drink in a pitcher instead of orange juice. The shower was treacherous. It had a little dip in the center and no grip at all. The elevator didn't work and we weren't told that until we had booked a room on the 3rd floor. The only good thing was the breakfast offerings, other than, of course the orange juice issue described above.
MoreWe had issues with entering the room (door locks), heating the room (heater), and burned breakfast foods. Unfortunately, the front desk staff does not appear to care.
