We just found out that the Lansing Lugnuts are the Single A team affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays! We didn't make it to a game, however went in the afternoon to the official MLB store at the stadium. We were able to go out to see the field and stadium which was very nice. We got a couple of t-shirts with both logos. They were reasonably priced at $18 USD. Silly me, I really liked the Nuts and Bolts bag that they gave us to take the t-shirts home. Being a little creative, I was able to frame the logo on the bag, with the Lugnuts and Jays logos, and added a few actual nuts and bolts to the picture frame. It looks super, and I can't wait for our grandson to get it for Christmas. Definately a one-of-a-kind. The store can contact me if they are interested in seeing what I did with their store bag. ;-) This store is worth the visit.

Marvelous minor league baseball team. We went to a game in Lansing last weekend and had a great time. Beautiful baseball park. Fun for young kids with Super Heroes who were fun and kid-friendly. Decent ball park food and very nice people working there. Excellent baseball too, these guys are amazingly good. If you're in Lansing, Michigan and have a chance to see the lugnuts, don't miss it.
