My 3 year old found a c**** pipe under our bed. I was promised a refund from the front desk and have yet to receive it. Do not stay here!!!!!

I am horrified at my experience here at Country Inn. Not only was I not allowed to check-in until after 7:15 pm. The room was in horrible condition and dirty. Even after we called for services twice. The room had Blood stain towelsBlood stain mattressDirty fridgeDirty microwave Stained wallsDirty carpetBlood stain couchNo working kitchen lightSmelled like smokeI have attached all my picture proof and I have made a corporate complaint with Choice Hotels Customer Relations The manager Laura had a attitude when we complained and did not seem to career about our experience. Instead she gave excuses telling me that a family lived here for 4 months and her cleaning crew is doing the best they can. She then walked away and didn't apologize or anything for the inconvenience or experience. We had no.choice to stay because all hotel we're booked for commencement. I booked this hotel back in January had I known this is how customers are treated at Choice I would not have made this hotel my choice. Brandon Nofar GMA told staff not to refund my money

Government Employees, “Be Aware” This place is Nasty dirty and unsafe!! The floors throughout, including the elevator and hallways very dirty. The fitness room had a cup sitting on the water cooler with mold. The carpet in there was nasty dirty. Will post pictures . 3rd floor is like a zoo. Doors opened, and I heard a young man yelling at a young lady, which concerned me. This place need security.

The hotel is mid-renovations. The room we had on 3rd floor was not finished with renovations. The shower had no shelves for soaps/shampoos, the hair dryer was not secured to the wall, there were no batteries in smoke detector (didn't realize until the morning), the chair was ripped and so bad we couldn't sit in it, the carpet was a mess, and there was no sign on the door of the room for evacuation. We couldn't change hotels due to the big Michigan/Michigan State game this weekend. We were in town for a wedding. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. There was a family that took up the food line and actually put a child next to the food on the counter! When we came back to the hotel from the wedding we couldn't get to our room because the fire alarm had gone off and we had to wait over an hour for the firemen to clear the hotel. We didn't get to our room until around 12:30 am. This room was not worth the $200 we paid!

My first clue was a couple of cars with people sitting in them. Felt a little creepy, but had already booked hotel on line. Have stayed at this chain before, but.....Check in was friendly and kind. Lobby was welcoming. There is select areas of remodeling/construction. Many chiden running the halls. Feels as though people are living in the hotel. After 10:00 it was very quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Floor in room had sticking places. Tried to avoid stepping after stepping on them for the first time. Was very well rested in the morning. Ran shower to attempt a little hot water. NOPE!!!! a very very cold shower. Breakfast was good/typical for a free chain breakfast.
