We take utmost care when customizing our cleaning approach to your rug to ensure the highest quality of work. We are the go-to cleaners for rug dealers from San Francisco to Pebble Beach and Carmel. We do not outsource - be sure to ask to talk to the rug expert who will actually work on your rug. Many "local" carpet cleaners claim to do handwashing - they are outsourcing to cheaper cleaners! We use no machines, no heat, no wringers. All of our solutions are biodegradable and eco-friendly. You can feel safe and confident about your children and pets being on the rug when we have finished. Hand washing restores the natural sheen and softness of the rug fibers - it is like rain on a thirsty lawn - and is not able to be done in the home, especially by truck mount cleaners. The safety of your textile is our number one priority.
