Canton is the best Marriott Springhill Suites in the system! We've stayed at many others, and happy we have return trips to Canton and stay at this unit. Last week we stayed at 3 other Springhill units throughout Ohio and Canton far exceeds the others. Very nice, always updated rooms, lobby is so welcoming and nice, excellent overall! thanks Canton team for a super stay.

We booked a last minute trip to Canton for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game, and with all of our usual hotel brands sold out, we were lucky enough to find a suite at SpringHill Suites. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Our suite was incredibly spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—honestly on par with some of the nicest five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. The gym and pool were an added bonus and made the stay even better. What really impressed us, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell there’s a strong culture here, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Whoever is responsible for hiring and training this team deserves recognition because exceptional service like this is becoming increasingly rare. Thank you for making our Hall of Fame weekend even more enjoyable. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Canton, and we won’t hesitate to recommend SpringHill Suites to family and friends.

This hotel is incredibly immaculate. Our floor was quiet and peaceful, everything we desired for a medical stay. The staff was exceptionally kind the entire stay. Lynn, Alfreda from housekeeping, and the lady from front desk from last night, and the lady from breakfast this morning were honestly such a blessing after traveling for hours and hours in the car. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of places to eat.

Been travelling the US staying in Marriott hotels for the past 6 weeks. Arrived at my 3rd last Marriott (Canton), the one that mattered the most as I was having eye surgery at Roholt vision Institute in North Canton the morning following my arrival. The Springhill suites were renovating and unfortunately the laundry was not accessible but with no pyjamas, no underwear and about to be out of action for the next 5 days, Sam organised for me to somehow get my laundry done behind the scenes.After completing the now familiar ritual of unpacking enough luggage to sink the Titanic, I then discovered the Wifi wasn’t working in my room and couldn’t be resolved so once again Sam handled this situation, organised an alternate room and even offered to help me pack all my things up and relocate. Every member of staff were great in my interactions but for me Sam was the standout.“Stuff” always goes wrong but the strength of a great hotel is the staff and their ability to manage the hurdles. I’ve now completed my 42 consecutive nights staying at Marriott hotels throughout the US and rate Springhill Suites North Canton the highest on the scorecard. Location was central to my needs, newly renovated rooms, cleanliness, the staff and finally Sam. Thanks Sam for all your help during my stay.

Early check in very much appreciated. Extremely friendly staff at check in, check out and at breakfast.Clean room..and I'm picky.Nice breakfast.
