At HNC, we find the root cause to ailments or health challenges that walk through the door. For example, If you are suffering from a headache, we would not recommend an Advil or Tylenol. We would find out what is causing the headache. Our Lead Holistic Nutritionist, Kristi Acuña, uses a cutting edge technique that allows her to find the imbalance or weak organs in the body that are not functioning at optimal level. From there she is able to find what stressors your body is sensitive to causing the imbalance. She looks to see if your system may be reacting to certain stressors such as metals and chemical toxicity, as well as common foods your body may be reacting to, and immune stressors such as candida, yeasts,bacteria and parasites (bugs). She then will evaluate your body's needs on how to overcome your health issues through a whole food supplementation program built just for you. Your program is based on what she found and nutritional consulting. She does a very thorough job making sure you are eating what you need to be and incorporating good yummy and healthy foods.
