Great place for parties and the staff is great. Clean and fun. She saved my party when I messed up the date! Can't say enough about that!

Must be under new, incompetent management. I wouldn't be so aggravated but I called ahead to check hours and price....lady told me $6.00 per child (my grandkids). Drove there and girl at counter says $25.00.... I said I just called 30 minutes ago and was quoted $6.00 per child!!! (and that's the reason I am so crazed by this!!!) The manager comes over and says, I don't know who you talked to. Really??? You don't know who answers your phone?? I only had a $20.00 bill with me and the manager was an absolute SNOT about it, so we left....and will never go back.

We bring the grandchildren frequently. I'm very happy that this place is in Newberry. The kids always have FUN.

Just got back from first visit at Newberry facility. We used to go to Bouncin Big Jr Town Center all the time before it closed and my son was younger. The Newberry facility was disgusting to be honest! The bounce houses looked like they had not been cleaned for years, as did everything else in there. Thick dust on everything, toys in toddler area were falling apart and dangerous, floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned, garbage in party room was full from previous party (which was not today). There was one young girl working. No staff to monitor what was going on in play area. The “comfortable” chairs for adults were falling apart and filthy. I really wanted to like it because we loved B.B. JTC so much. It was so cute and well cared for. The Newberry Center seems forgotten and neglected. That and it’s a warm day and there was no air on or fans and was so stuffy! I personally would never recommend unless they get it together and clean/revamp the place!

I took my boys and 2yr old nephews. Its a great place to take small kids to have some fun. They enjoyed themselves and are already asking when are we going back.
