We were driving from CO to WI and needed a hotel to rest for the night. We called at 10:00 p.m. to ask for a room and we were quickly accommodated. Arriving 45 min later, we entered a very clean room (my most important quality of any hotel) and had an exceptional sleep night. Quiet room, comfy bed, and most of all CLEAN. We left at 6 a.m. so we couldn't enjoy the amenities this hotel offers. For this price, everything that we needed was there. Thank you American Inn & Suites!

Unbelievable. Staying in a room that has a Sonic sound in it. Complained to the front desk she said She had the same problem but didn't know what to do about it. Did not say I will look into it nor any thing else to resolve the situation. Praying that the sound will go away.

Linda at the cafeteria was fantastic service. She serve great made sure food was good and freshly made. The rooms were also clean and well maintained. Linda was prompt and very good at her job. Never had a better waitress

After staying here my group and I was accused of smoking in a room even though I am 200% confident nobody did. The claimed they found cigarette butts in our room after I specifically inspected each room we stayed in and made sure they were in the same condition as when we came. The rooms were nasty to start with...smelled smoky,moldy, scratchy towels. Once I saw the charges I called assuming it was simply a mistake. My wife called and when she asked about the charges they instantly said it was for smoking and that they had found cigarette butts in the room. This was before they had even asked for our reservation number. They finally asked for my wife's last name and went on to tell the same story. Hmmm a little suspicious that they knew what the charges were for before they even know the name, date, and reservation number. After calling 4 or 5 times I finally got a hold of a manager and got the run around and they refused to refund the charges. This hotel is in terrible shape, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Take my advice and find somewhere else to stay

Mold in the refrigerator and shower. Shower was dirt stained. Loud and stinky heater. Pillows hard as rocks. Arms kept going to sleep, but we didn't. Towels hard and scratchy. Rm for 4 adults cost $90.00 so it wasn't even cheap rates. We had secured with credit card and and came in late at night, so we decided to make the best of it. Hot breakfast was tasteless preformed scrambled eggs and low quality sausage gravy over biscuits. No fruit, yogurt, cereal or other options. We ate elsewhere. To top it off, desk clerk forgot she had assigned our room to us and gave someone else a key, so someone tried to get in our room in the middle of the night!
