Martial Arts in 4S Ranch and Rancho Bernardo hasn't been the same since West Coast Martial Arts Academy came on the scene. The martial art taught is Kajukenbo, a combination of Karate, Judo/Jujitsu, Kung Fu, and Kick Boxing. Programs designed specifically for younger children focus on strong character development as well as martial arts. Children can expect to improve their self control, focus, and discipline while enjoying high energy classes that are FUN! The training curriculum for adults focuses on mixed martial arts. Adults are exposed to several different styles, and are then trained through our system of Mushin to effectively defeat attackers.
