When you buy the guide, you have it for 1 year, so buy it early, install the app on all of your devices, your devices, family and friend's devices. After a week or so you will not be able to redeem the guides that you purchased. We did both drive and walking tours and they were both excellent.I did have a technical issue with one of the guides and it was addressed by support very quickly within 24 hours. We set up the speaker system in our rental car and it worked great.

All of their tours are amazing. I started with Joshua Tree. It was one of our favorite activities because after our hikes, we could sit in a cool car, see the sights at our own pace and learn history and geology. The tours work with the GPS on your phone (make sure to enable location) and you can start and stop. I am able to play the tour with my phone through the car speakers so the sound is better but you can also just use your phone. I liked the Joshua Tree tour so much I bought a big bundle. Also, if you buy a bundle or subscription, you don't have to download all the tours, just the ones you want. The customer service from this company is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. I am not affiliated with this company. I have not received any compensation. I just want others to know this is a great product with high value for the cost.
