Ever since they went 24 hours things have really gone down hill. I almost never see an employee when we go(around 6am most days). Lack of employees means lots of stuff gets neglected. Really like Heather the only employee I do see.

I'm a senior, they will accept a Silver Slippers card and then you don't pay. Slow times are 11 am to 3 pm. Sundays are slow all day. I have had good workouts there and they have all of the equipment I need. There is a room where you can do floor exercises and individual mats. There is a back room with heavier equipment for the overly muscled group. Have a good time.
