I have only had a great experience with these folks. They are fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to see if they're accepting new clients and they simply said no and hung up on me.

They filed my taxes for me, efile and sent the return to someone else's bank and account. They didnt even send it to the right bank. Now i may not even get my return. Would not recommend them to...
