Arepas El Cacao is food truck specializing in Venezuelan style arepas. Arepas are a cornmeal flatbread that is grilled and then filled with a variety of tasty offerings. Rice cakes are also available. Fillings include shredded chicken and beef, sliced pork, shrimp, ham, black beans, crab and chicken salad as well as handmade cheese. Top off your arepa with a variety of homemade sauces. The arepas are extremely messy and very filling. This brightly painted truck is typically set up on South Kirkman Road, but this is not the only place you may find it.
