The renovated rooms and lobby are beautiful. New restuarant is great! Restaurant staff was great. Front desk staff was stellar as always! Best hotel in Lansing!

The customer service was great, hotel is beautiful, room was immaculate and beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. I love that the building looks older on the outside but inside is modernized just enough to be tasteful and beautiful but not too modern! Definitely recommend and I know I will be staying g here again when and if I ever come back to this area.

Service was excellent. About 20 minutes after check-in, I received a text asking if everything was fine in our room. We happened to notice we needed cups for coffee in the morning, and mentioned this. In five minutes, cups were delivered to our room. It's a little thing, but coffee is essential to waking up! The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is quiet -- even with a soccer team staying here at the same time. Breakfast was also very good. Fruit was fresh, eggs were good (and you can order them any way you like them), and the dining area was upscale. We will stay here again when we come to town.

I was disappointed, the room I had was fine, but a shower in the tub. I don’t want to have to climb into a tub to take a shower. The bar was ok, and the food average. I was disappointed in the restaurant for breakfast. Very, very slow service. Eventually I had to ask for my food and my bill at the same time because I was running out of time

The staff is amazing at this property! I stayed here for a work function and would highly recommend if traveling solo. My co worker and I enjoyed the indoor basketball area along with the got tub and pool. The facility is clean and easy access off the highway.
