We love this park. The hiking trail was so good. Very well kept and clean . Wonderful views . It is really good for meditation practice. It has an small pavilion to host a party. It had grills.

This is a beautiful park for all ages. Great view and access to the river for paddle boats and kayaks. Cute playground area for younger children. Adult swings along the perimeter. Full grassy area for dogs. There are walking trails and a nice sized parking lot.

Beautiful views of the Chattahoochee river. There are 2 different areas. The first spot you come to has the great views with swinging seats to relax and watch the water. Has a paved walkway. There is a great playground and a pavilion for picnics. There are restrooms. There is a trail and the trail head is to the left of the restroom. The problem was we had no idea how long the trail was. The map said it had 3 overlooks. We started out and got to what might have been an overlook but we weren't sure. We turned around because trail was really muddy after a big rain. It was a nice walk in the woods. The parking lot is not that big so I am guessing it would be hard to get in during the summer. Further down the road on Georgia Power property is access to the river and a dog park. Another small parking area.

This park has something for everyone. A great playground for the kids and covered picnic area for parties as well as beautiful swings for couples to sit in and look out at the water and trees. We went for the dog park but stumbled into so much more.

My dad and have been canoeing for years and that's a favorite put in of ours. There's a place to rent kayak's there during the season too, but we never have. Even though they have a tandem. They have bathrooms and a nice playground and park. If you want to hang around.
