tripadvisorThis hotel has the most comfortable beds of any hotel I have ever slept in! The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Zac on the hotel staff was very nice and went out if his way to accommodate us! The price was very reasonable and it included breakfast the following morning. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area!
MorePERFECT GAME TRAVELERS BEWAREWe stayed here while our son was playing in a perfect game tournament. There was a possibility that we would be playing on Monday. There was also a possibility that we would be done on Sunday. We booked our room through Monday. Saturday night we knew that we would not be staying until Monday so we packed up all our stuff and we checked out Sunday morning. The lady at the front desk told me we were all set. The housekeeping lady had already checked to see if we were out so they could start cleaning our room, and we were out of the hotel by 9:30 AM. She handed me a receipt showing there was a $70 credit and we left. Turns out they’re 24 hour cancellation does not apply to you initially showing up, it also applies to telling them you’re going to leave, at least according to the person who tried to help me today when I called to find out why the $70 hadn’t been credited back to my credit card. So if you are staying for a baseball tournament, you should not stay at this hotel because they will keep your money even if you leave a day early. I’m sure they also rented the room out later so they got double the revenue on that room for the day. Also, we initially had room 126 but had to move to room 124 because the smell of cigarette smoke was so overpowering in our room from the person smoking in the room above. On the second day, our bathroom smelled like marijuana because of the people smoking weed above us. Don’t waste your money staying here. Pick another hotel that isn’t going to keep your money for a day that you didn’t use. It’s also a $100 deposit I’m guessing because they have so many smoking issues. I stayed at nicer hotels with a smaller deposit. That should’ve been our first clue.
MoreHotel was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back. The staff made a very fun and very fulfilling experience as a recommended dining restaurants and other various attractions to visit while I was in town.

MoreI cannot, in good conscience recommend this hotel.Positives: Comfortable beds and no bugs, if you need an economical hotel, the prices were not bad.Negatives: Minimal parking. There is a side parking lot, but it was almost full of construction workers and their vehicles, some of the people looked a bit sketchy. Outside doors were not locked and men were always sitting outside smoking, drunk, or looking stoned. On our second day, a baggie of drug residue and a broken lighter was very noticable in the front parking lot. In the room the microwave had not been cleaned- there was gross looking exploded food residue all over. The mini fridge needed a good cleaning and defrosting. The carpet around the bed needed a good vacuuming. There was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm, I am assuming some kind of smoking took place in the room. A couple of the bath towels smelled terrible, not freshly washed. The cleaning closet was left open one of the nights with a 30 gallon trash can full of beer cans, pizza boxes, and other garbage sitting outside of it. It was still there the next morning but overflowing. We only ate breakfast there the first morning- the orange juice was out, no hand soap anywhere near the sink, bare minimal food options, it was disappointing; never did see any employees other than upon check in and check out. A man was sitting on the stairwell with a glaze over look (assuming on some kind of a drug) the second night; he left us with a very unsettling feeling. We got the impression this is more of a permanent residence for some of the guests. DO NOT LET ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU LIKE THEY DID ME! I left a review on Choice Hotels' several days ago and the review has never been posted; maybe the bad reviews are filtered out? Thank goodness we were only here to sleep, but didn't get great sleep due to noise from other guests and the feeling oflack of saftey. When leaving on the last morning, someone has vomited outside of the side entrance door.
