Lots of water in the house. RPM promised to call Serv Pro for clean up. They did NOT. I mopped the floors five times.

Sand is coming up through the grout from the flood.

Stopped up bathtub that feces comes through due to stopped up toilet. An on and off issue for 1.5 yrs now

Mold in the sheetrock in the kitchen due to the bathroom next door that has NO ventilation.

Oh the carpet is ruined! They ripped it up and left the tacks exposed leaving the room unusable for weeks.

Walls are crumbling from the flood. No work order has been submitted by RPM even though they're aware of the issue.
