We arrived early for paperwork and everyone was polite but we were unfortunately forced to wait 10-15 minutes for our therapists to arrive as they were late. This shortened our massage time by about 10 minutes shy of the 60 minutes we paid for. Added foot scrub and cbd treatment. To be honest it just seems very corporate and not much metaphysical/relaxing. (Gift card paid for 2 massages). We were comp'd the add ons, but most likely won't return.
