This is a wonderful place to walk. It can get buggy at times, but the water is relaxing. There's a big loop you can walk and a few bridges. You can also pop into the library if you wish.

There is a playground area, a trail around the lake, a fishing place, a pool (need admission fee and it only opens during summer time), library and some government offices are there as well. it's a quite good local park, we always bring kids there to ride bike, play sand, play the playground, etc. There may be functions hold there in summer time. The fall scene is also good.
