Horrible experience. Booked a makeup and hair for formal event and after I told the stylist that I wanted curly hair she took 1 hr and 1/2 trying to do it and it was wavy/straight hair which I told her straight hair doesnt look good on me. The stylist left and didnt want to come back and didnt do my makeup because she didnt want me to complain about that even though I never complain about anything I just go with it. Then they wanted me to pay for the makeup I never got and my hair undone. Never experienced anything like this in my life I was crying because everywhere was booked so I had to do my own hair and makeup.

What an amazing morning! My daughters and I came into town to for a girls weekend. We booked massages and facials. All 3 of us had an amazing experience. Staff could not have been nicer. Everyone we experienced was very professional and attentive. Recommend starting with the foot bath! We will be back!

Was on a girlfriend getaway and that included a spa day. We have been to quite a few between Wisconsin and Illinois...and I have to say, my reflexology pedicure with Lisa was amazing and the best ever!! I literally fell asleep in the chair while she was massaging my feet and my polish looks great! Make sure you book with Lisa and you won't regret it!

Absolutely love Aveda products so they rank high in my book immediately. Very comfortable atmosphere, very pleasant staff and although the stylists are generally coming direct from the Aveda institute, they all do really well.

I was having a Fibro Flare-Up and decided to look online at Neroli to book a massage. That part was easy especially since I had just booked an eyelash extension visit and that went well. I checked twice to make sure I saw both eyelash and massage appointments. I left work early to get there. When I arrived I was told that I didn't have an appointment. They saw the eyelash one but not the massage. Then said, That's weird, sorry....have a nice day. What? That was it. Does saying sorry just make it better? Oh, they did say they could get me in 3 hours later. That was not an option for me. I booked it at the time I chose for a reason. This is soooooooo typical of this location and the Brookfield one. I try them once every couple of years just to see if things have changed but continue to be disappointed. The location and environment are perfect for me. I will never try them again. They are never really apologetic or take care of you. It is just a business and you are just a number.
