I was really excited to try this place for its awesome yelp reviews and bought a Groupon. I have to admit it took perseverance to finally reach the receptionist to schedule an appointment since they never returned my calls. At last, I was able to book an appointment two weeks in advance for a mani and pedi shellac. I was told I would receive a text reminder 24 hours in advance confirming my appointment (kinda cool!). Today, I receive a call informing me I was late to my appointment today. Confused because I didn't not receive a text 24 hours in advance she assured me I had. But I have yet to receive one to this day. Rules are rules granted and I understand it's my fault for not showing up and as a result losing my groupon deal. But to not receive a sincere apology at the very least is simply rude. Due to great customer service (sarcasm) via phone I rather spend my money elsewhere. Visited March 2014

When i walk thru the door at this spa, it feels like home! So comfortable, if im early i am offered coffee, tea or lemon an cucumber water. Such great customer service! This staff is stellar. Then, lets talk about the treatments! Amazing! Become a gold member! 99$ a month an i recieve over 159$ in services. Best gift ive ever given myself!

I have been going to Colleen for over 12 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Colleen and her staff are personal, professional and the spa services are the best, I have never been disappointed. Colleen is very educated and I feel like she gives each client personal treatment for their skin and body. The way she trains her staff makes going to anyone there comfortable and I know I will be well taken care of. I've enjoyed the whole array of services from monthly eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint,to facials. As I also have back issues I need someone that is very good at giving deep tissue massage and Adina has that incredible expertise . She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever used and I have tried a lot over the years in many parts of the world. . I always recommend this spa to anyone new or visiting in Santa Barbara and I have always been thanked profusely for the recommendation afterwards. So yes, this spa is a sure thing if you want a great experience!
