This place is horrible! The massages themselves were ok, but the masseuse was frequently late, up to 10 minutes, and the massages themselves were under an hour. Also, the woman who does facials was unable to explain what the facial itself entailed other than gym for your face (??). At the time of my last appointment (11/30/24), I informed the front desk (Felicia) that I needed to cancel my membership because I was moving. She told me that I would incur no further charges and that a manager would process my cancellation within 3 days. I then left 4 messages over the course of 10 days to confirm cancellation of my membership and each time was told: a manager will call you back but we have no idea when a manager works again; we have no access to the manager's schedule. After receiving no call backs, I also sent an email cancelling my membership and cancelling the one future appointment that was already paid for by a past charge. I eventually filed a BBB complaint after my card was charged another membership fee on 12/10/24 (the business never responded). I also disputed the unauthorized 12/10 charge with my CC company. Then on 12/19/24, I received a confirmation of the previously cancelled session. I called AGAIN and they said my membership was still active!!! So I once again told them to cancel my membership and the appointment. The woman on the phone said that she would cancel my membership immediately. I sh*t you not, 5 minutes after that call, I received an email confirmation of my upcoming appointment. The incompetence is astounding! Do not waste your time or money for all around terrible service!

I recently had facial services here and this was my second experience with Debra. She was fantastic! I suffer from chronic upper back pain and I typically frequent massages for treatment, the simple head and neck massage as part of the facial hit spots that had been painful for months! I specifically could not wait for that massage to help me again!

The massage therapist was great! The charges were misleading and outrageous. I had a basic 60 minute massage and they charged me twice as much, having to surrender two gift cards for services (I bought them and were each for a serve- massage or facial-). They said prices went up $120 per massage, even though they were selling gift cards for $79 per service. Felt abused by this.

Just had my first facial with ALEXA- she was WONDERFUL! Upgraded and did the microderm abrasion as well which made my face feel like the skin of a baby. She does an increadable job massaging the face as well and loosened muscles I hadn't realized were tight! She will be my aesthestician of choice from now on!

I am particular about where to go and receive a great massage. You have to go to find out which will work well for you and I found it. Hand and Stone are very professional and compassionate. No matter who you are. The atmosphere is soothing to the mind-relieve some mental tension. This was my first visit. My back say, It is about time!. I really am grateful to have stopped driving by and saying maybe one day. Go. You will know the difference. Also, it is economically feasible for the budget and health. I am going to setup for monthly massages.
