tripadvisorGreat way to spend an hour at Lake Arrowhead. Captain Craig was super fun. Nice comfortable seating and shaded. Takes you all.around the lake.perimeter, points out interesting facts, history and homes.of the rich and famous. Very affordable and fun.
MoreThe captain's narration is both funny and informative.
MoreWe absolutely loved our hour long boat excursion! Captain Craig was fantastic. We toured the entire like . He showed us homes of well know people , past and present whom live or have lived on Lake Arrowhead. He was also funny . He has a wealth of knowledge having himself live here . I would make sure you do this excursion, it’s the only way to see the entire lake !
MoreSome interesting history of the area, and the lake and surrounding trees are scenic and beautiful, but way more of the tour was the captain pointing out homes of the rich and/ or famous stacked along the shoreline and up the hills from the lake. The captain had kind of a gravelly voice and spoke way too fast, so that I missed a lot of what he said, which felt frustrating. I liked that the shops along the waterfront sell duck feed for $1. In addition to ducks, I saw huge fish— sone maybe at least 20 inches long, swimming near the walkway next to the water.
MoreThis was an awesome experience. Captain Pat was so funny. He clearly loves his job. He told a lot of jokes while taking us around the lake. He showed us where stars had owned homes or still own homes. He told us some interesting history as well. Towards the end of the trip, he let all of the kids on board hold the steering wheel and wear his Captain's hat. My granddaughter loved it. Fun for the entire family.
