I am living at Westgate for more than 2 years now. Here are pros and cons of the management and apartments, Westgate in particular. Pros: I found management is responsible, maintenance response...

Centro is the best apartment to live in with 6 people!!!! Our building manager is super accommodating and always willing to help.

Horrible management. They ignore and never do what they say they will. They turned heat way down when they felt like they should. My apartment was 52 degrees and they wouldn't answer calls/emails...

Pretty old building, furnitures, water supply pipe, bath tab water leaking, and noisy refrigerator, old air conditioning, old and dirty carpet of my room. I WOULD NOT choose here any more next year.

If you're needing budget friendly apartments then these are doable. However, the management is very disorganized. Very happy to be done.
