What a fun experience to see all that the world headquarters of Trek has going on. Bright, energetic environment full of friendly folks!

Even though they don't manufacture frames here anymore, seeing the paint booths, design area, wheel manufacturing, and final assembly of high end bikes was well worth the detour on our way home from the Wisconsin Dells. Would have picked up a Trek shirt or hat if there was a swag shop!

With short notice Jason took us through the factory tour even though it was not on the tour date. What a great tour and Jason knew and explained every aspect of bicycle building. He went above and beyond our expectations for this tour. What a great place and a honor to be working there From recycling to dining We felt this was the best tour we have experienced. Thanks sharing your knowledge to some new Trek E-bike owners.

I hate to complain about something that's free. This tour could have easily been incredible had it not been for our tour guide, the infamous Jason. Great company, awesome facility, incredible bikes. Most of it was lost amongst the senseless ramblings of Jason. He talked and talked and hardly any of it was pertinent. Really Trek, with 800 employees is Jason the best one to represent the company?

We were a little concerned after reading some of the reviews and how some had rated the tour and specifically the tour guide, Jason. We cringed a little when our guide introduced himself as Jason. To our delight, Jason was very pleasant, knowledgable, patient, informative and took all the time with our group of 20 to completely answer all the questions asked. We had the opportunity to see every phase of bike creation from composite frame build, sanding and painting, assembly and boxing. Seeing the bikes actually in the build process was fun and the tour started and finished in the atrium where pictures could be taken to your heart's content. Obviously, tour pictures were not permitted. We even had a chance to buy a few t-shirts, hats, coffee cups and a few bike accessories. Jason did share some personal info about how he felt about the company and his own experience but all were complimentary. Overall, a good experience and a bonus, it's FREE. Tips for TREK: - Offer the tour more that once a week only on Wednesday. - Jason should have/wear a TREK shirt. Casual is fine but he does represent your brand. - Include an outdoor portion to see mountain bike track and other testing areas. - Add more gift shop items like jerseys, shirts and jackets.
