Office is often closed during posted hours of operation. Neglect. Mismanagement.

Rust/water damage housing code violation. Neglect. Mismanagement.

Unsafe building. Housing code violations. Breaking residents lease.

Old drawers produce wood shavings and land on our food.

Peeling cabinets. WMC rented to us like this and raised rent 33%. Immoral.

Broken windows for years. Ownership claims they are ordering new ones. Same excuse for years now. Sad. Cheap.

Water damage. WMC paints it to cover it, but did not fix root cause. Normal.

Park Tower has a great community with so many things to do within walking distance. If you'd rather take advantage of our amenities, enjoy our huge pool, utilize your green thumb in our community garden, or have some friends over for a barbeque in our very large back yard that has grills and picnic tables. Most importantly, Park Tower stands out from the rest because of our exceptional customer service and timely maintenance staff that keeps Park Tower very well maintained.
