Nice to see a mall that still has businesses, was a nice place to kill a couple of hours as the afternoon got warmer. Nothing someone has to do here but not bad.

Arrived a day early in Madison to have a day for myself. I like to this mall that I remembered from an earlier visit. It's nice to be out for a bit. nice range of shops, I miss some additional children's clothes store though. The H&M we have in Europe so I wouldn't visit that to buy some clothes. The GAP store is still there and I remember another store with girls clothes. But for boys, the choice is limited. however, everything else is nice. It's clean, the food court is ok, has a nice selection of different food. I would go back here again if I would visit again next year.

Arrived at Subway in the Madison, WI West Towne Mall Food Court at approximately 11am. The entire time I waited in line, as well as when I ordered, and after I received my food, there was ONLY ONE VERY HARRIED WOMAN working the entire franchise location. My order was perfect, made quickly and with a wonderful attitude even though she was obviously very very overworked. No way should any franchise EVER have only one employee on site. Shame on the owners. 2 bus loads of middle school students arrived 20 minutes after my daughter, her husband and child and my sister arrived. We were amazed she did as incredibly well and efficiently as she did. A+ to you dear woman

The mall was not busy on a Tuesday afternoon. In my opinion this location needs a general facelift in order not to loose more and more customers into the growing online shopping industry. Some shops were vacant at the time as I was there. On the other hand they have locations like The Cheesecake Factory, Oakley or DICK‘S Sporting Goods, which are places I like to visit.

We travel to Midwest Horse Fair every year with my family. West Towne Mall is always a stop on one of the nights we stay in Madison. My kids like the stores and layout of the mall, and we have a variety of restaurants to choose from in the food court!
