I never write negative reviews. I will write a positive review or nothing at all. But I feel strongly about managing expectations of future guests. This hotel was gross. The price was decent and I can understand wear and tear or old but you can at least clean between guest. Also I think bed and pillow comfort is subjective. But the pillow cases were weird and felt like plastic. Giving 2 stars is being very generous

We did not even stay. Pulled into parking lot and it looked like skid row. Got to the front door and saw a person asking another patron for money. Curtains looked dirty and this is from us sitting in the car at 10pm looking at the building. Saw people in the lobby and didn’t feel safe. We called and cancelled from the car. Did not trust anyone or anything about this place.

DO NOT GO HERE, this awful place fails in every way. The bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast was terrible. Stale bread, no juice, no butter, egg patty that looked like a pile of chemicals. This place is unbelievably bad. I came here last night exhausted, hoping for a good night of sleep and then breakfast to get me on my way. Instead I am even more exhausted, hungry, and worried about getting on the road again. I asked for a refund, and first they said I had to speak to the manager, then the owner who is out of town for the week. Then they said that since I made the reservation through Hotels.com, I had to go through them. I just talked to Hotels.com, and they said I had to talk to the manager and the owner! Then I waited while the hotel called the owner, who said (while Hotels.com was on the line) I could not get a full refund, since I should have come right away to tell them how awful it was. I came in at 10 o'clock last night. I tried to sleep, and I was halfway conscious after a long day on the Road. I come into the breakfast at 9am. I immediately asked for a refund. This is fraud. The are advertising this place as being fit for travelers. It is not.I had two parties coming here for four days next week. We are canceling.

Well this place is not right. One week they charge me one rate and then to come to this week they charge me for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, a higher amount and then they recharged me another night and then they told me the lady that waited on me said that you had to have your phone to scan stuff but last week I didn’t have to do any scanning on my phone so I don’t know what’s wrong The lady was very rude. Very nasty. I don’t know where she gets her business ethics at, but it didn’t seem to me that she wanted to even work there.
