Amazing venue! Great acoustics and seating. First timers attending Jon Batiste 2nd night. Easy admittance and instructions from staff. Can't wait to come back again! Love the Marquee and nostalgia. Thank you.

We have rented out the Orpheum several times for private events - they do a wonderful job and it is such a unique experience! Great venue!

We were in balcony E, first row. Great seats for the price! Excellent sound and great show!!Venue: bathroom was a bit grody but overall it's a nice theater. No ushers to be found so we took a while to find our seats. Signage of any kind that is prominent would be helpful.

Just saw Joe Bonamassa here and loved the concert. The theater is quite nicely renovated, but as mentioned in other reviews, it is not user friendly for today's crowd. Tight seating with steep stairs and a definite lack of ushers to assist you. Passed on the refreshments given their prices, and the bathrooms, although clean, were old. I would only return if it was for someone I had to see.

Mostly what I like about this theatre is just how pretty it is. They did a great job with the restoration of one of Madison’s historic places. I went a couple of years ago to see a great Lucinda Williams concert and then last week to see Cirque Mechanic. Both times I sat in the back of the orchestra level. Yes it’s a tight fit and the seats should be upgraded...not comfy. They have a limited bar and allow you to bring drinks covered with little sippy cup lids, to your seats. Make sure to checkout the beautiful Italianate tiles along the entrance.
