This hotel wants to be much more than it is. We booked a suite that was full of mismatched lighting, some lights that were burned out or non-functional. The pictures in the room were mounted crooked, and both televisions were badly crooked. The back of the bathroom door was badly missing paint. The hallways smelled like pot, and I walked by a room that housekeeping was cleaning where they were just spraying a ton of fragrance to try and cover some kind of stink. On the morning we left we found out our keys no longer worked when we went to the pool at 8 am. We asked the front desk about this and they said it happens automatically, even though check out isn’t until 11. So if you choose to use the pool or get the breakfast you can’t get back into your room. Add to this the pool room tables are plastic lawn tables that are being held together by black duct tape.We had a suite with a jacuzzi that we chose not to use because the access door to the plumbing was broken not looking great Worst choice hotel we have been to.

Well…..my weekend was great EXCEPT the hotel stay! I booked this hotel because my husband and I were celebrating our 5th anniversary. Kind of a big milestone don’t you think? When I booked, I asked for the highest floor, close to the elevator, extra pillows AND extra towel. Upon arriving, and after getting my keys, the front desk agent mentioned I would be on the first floor. First request, not met. Get to the room, and as I’m walking I notice the stained floor hallways, and immediately thought to myself that the room was probably going to be dirty. Open the door, and a VERY musty smell hits you! That was off putting. The room was dirty. There were stains on the toilet seat, the bathtub had scum and grime, and also extremely outdated! The base of the toilet on the floor is starting to rust and it’s in bad shape. The lights are dim. I noticed that we did not have extra pillows OR towels. I went to the front desk and “Harry” said he could not get into the laundry, why? What would happen if there was an accident and needed new sheets or towels? Why is this not accessible during second and 3rd shifts to provide service for the customers? The whirlpool was gross. We noticed there was floating things in the whirlpool. GROSS! We both had the most uncomfortable 2 nights of lack of sleep! Our backs and neck hurt so bad it was insane! The only thing nice about the room was the air conditioner and the bathroom mirror. Which, I couldn’t understand how a bathroom LED mirror looked better than the rest of the room? The pillows were AWFUL!! Not only did we not get extra, but the pillows suck and they were lumpy and go FLAT as soon as you lay your head down. Terrible! The front desk younger guy did ask how the stay was, but him and the older manager or owner, whoever he was appeared from the back and asked what I needed help with. I said nothing, I’m just checking out. Didn’t really seem concerned about what I said, but said thank you for letting him now. Why wasn’t I compensated or my bill tossed for this awful stay?! The younger guy said well make sure you get a good discount when you come back. I said, there won’t be a next time because I won’t be back. They would have to do some major renovations to that hotel for me to be back! Also, the amount of sketchy people that are just allowed to loiter outside of the hotel is insane. Too many weird things that go on. The hotel says 100 percent smoke free, but the entire hotel smells like residual smoke! It smells more than just someone who smokes and might happen to have it on their clothes. This is the kind of smoke that LINGERS. It also reeked of weed! I am highly disappointed in this property. You need to maintain everything! Make sure your guests are happy and if things aren’t right, you need to make sure you make them right! My bill should have been compensated and I should not have been charged! I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels and paid around 70 bucks per night because I got a good deal during the week, and it was a billion times nicer! Cheap doesn’t always have to been bad, but in this case, it sucked! Although, this hotel wasn’t exactly cheap. Y’all need to listen to your guests and don’t just push this review to the side. There will be more complaints. Invest in your property to make it better for your guests! This is an airport hotel, it needs to be as nice as humanly possible! We will not be back! I highly encourage anyone reading this to take this seriously.

If you enjoy loud parties at 11:30pm, drugs being done in the parking lot, and threats of violence done to you and your car - then this is the place for you.

The atmosphere is so depressing the lighting and paint job on the walls makes it look worse. The gym is scary, depressing, and genuinely feels isolating.

Worst hotel, this was a stay to play tournament book and it was ridiculous the rooms are gross and dirty! They had a party where lots of people were smoking weed it’s a sad place do not STAY HERE!Wrong they were smoking inside the bathroom at the door, we all saw the smoke reported it nothing was done, I would also like to note, they were also smoking inside the banquet room, the front desk guy sunny said they’d all be charged $150 yeah right. Own up to it, stop making excuses!
