Dropped in to this gem-gym on my visit to the area. Awesome staff, versatile facility and plenty of equipment. They offer Oly lifting and a lot of different classes. Thanks for the workouts

This place is amazing. All the equipment that anyone needs. The staff is even better than the location and gym itself. All are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step to help.

Such a great facility and an even better community. Definitely worth checking out, everyone is so welcoming.

Great coaches, facility, people and events. The programming is stellar and will transform anyone from the CrossFit newcomer to the seasoned vet. Cheapest around too.

Have you ever wanted to just go back to a place you couldn't get enough of? Who would have though a gym could do that to you?!! Well with crossfit solafide that's exactly what happens...you go...
