We stayed at the Westin Wilmington in August 2026 and were disappointed from the start. The shower was broken and leaking, and the drains were clogged. Worse, the air conditioning pushed a persistent body-odor smell into the room, and the HVAC unit was noisy enough that sleeping was difficult.We reported everything to the front desk. It took several days to get the plumbing repaired, and the odor and noise were never resolved during our stay. For a Westin, both the condition of the building and the handling of guest complaints fell well short. We won't be back.

Busy area next to an arena. Hotel was clean. Service was very good. A bit pricey IMO.

Stayed here 1 night driving through town. Great location right off highway and close to everything.This is an older, well kept hotel that is starting to show a bit of wear and tear.Staff were very professional and polite. Easy check-in and check-out. I was surprised to find feee parking in a city!Restaurant was OK…had dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was very good but dinner was just OK. There are some good options just walking distance to hotel.Overall, a good place…I would stay here again!

Whenever I can I book at the Westin. The staff was lovely and helpful, the room was clean, bright, done well. There was a notice in the elevator that the hot water was off on the day that we arrived, but I was back on by the time we needed it. The location was close to the waterfront, which seems to part of a revitalization. If I was in the area again, I would rebook, but in our 1 night stay I think we saw all that was available to see in the area.

Just Unbelievable, worth every penny. Food, Fitness , walking just stay enough said ! Rooms fantastic
