Every time I’m in Denver, no matter the occasion, I’m always choosing The Crawford. Between the fantastic front desk service, delicious restaurant choices, and the gorgeous rooms, you truly can’t ask for more. Rooms facing Union Station can be a little noisy, but it’s not that bad. Booking with American Express’ Fine Hotels program gave me additional added value, which makes the stay even better and cost effective. What a selection of credits! The location couldn’t be beat; taking the train from the airport to the hotel is so convenient. I’ve never been more impressed by a property and I can’t wait until I’m able to go back again.
MoreThis hotel is in an excellent location. It is a very beautiful and historic hotel. Everything was very clean. I had moved hotels and stayed 2 nights in each. One issue I had with this hotel was I tried to enter from the back of Union Station one night after a show at Red Rocks. All of the doors were locked. I ended up waving at the clerk in the window who let me in. I’m guessing this is for security reasons. As part of my booking benefits late checkout is included if available. I called the morning of departure and was given late checkout at 1:00pm. Around 11:30am I was locked out of my room. I went to the front desk and they re-programmed the keys. About 20 minutes later a staff knocked on my door to ask if I was checking out that day. This was clearly a communication issue amongst the staff. I also never received my welcome amenity, but no big deal. The 2 men working at the front desk, Jamir and Sai’vionne were so helpful and welcoming always asking about how our day was and did we need anything. I would definitely come back just because of them.
