Rocky Mountain Movement is the "dance dojo" for all of your dance and martial art needs. We provide the highest quality in dance and martial arts performance and fitness instruction by using the 'whole body' approach through core training. We encourage you to challenge yourself to go beyond your physical fitness. Rocky Mountain Movement brings balance between the mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of your life, as well. We meet the needs of all skill levels, males and females of all ages. Our programs include Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, kids funastics, and many forms of dance, including belly dancing, latin ballroom, hip hop, and more. Using a carefully-constructed course of study, many of our programs prepare individuals who want to reach a higher level of dance and martial education and fitness. This journey aligns with an extensive academic program to enter a professional career in the world of performance and/or competition.
