The ASPCA offers free and low-cost spay/neuter surgery for cats and dogs in the five boroughs of New York City. The ASPCA Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinics are staffed with professionally trained, fully licensed veterinarians and technicians. While our wish is to be able to assist every animal possible, we receive hundreds of requests for appointments a day, and we cannot guarantee service on any mobile clinic. Eligibility: All New York City residents, 18 years and older.
