I bought tickets as a birthday gift for my husband and me to see Dwight Yoakam at the Santander Arena. These were excellent seats. The performance was moved to the PAC up the street. The seats they provided us were horrible in comparison to the original tickets I’d bought. I will never attend a concert here again. Very disappointed!

Came for a high school graduation. They literally only opened 1 door! Huge line around the building. I had surgery on both knees and there were elderly people with canes and wheelchairs forced to deal with it. They would get minus 10 stars if I could. Happy to take your money. Especially when they apparently don’t want to pay people to work the doors. Disgraceful. Will never come back.

I’ve been to this venue for so many events but my last experience was awful. The security guard at check in was on a power trip & made me take my belt off & leave it at the front gate with no explanation. Security is a joke. People came into our row & tried to take our seats which we were escorted to. Security never made them move to their correct seats. The woman next to us got physical with us multiple times with no repercussions. People were standing on their seats & in the aisles the entire concert. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any venue before. This was at J Balvin’s concert & he put on a great show but unfortunately we had such a negative experience that it was hard to enjoy. I’d rather deal with Philly traffic knowing security is great at all of their venues & I wouldn’t have to lose my belt.

Saw Barry manilo. Venue was good . They need to improve on the parking garage as it took as long to get out of there as the concert was long

Great spot! Perfect for any game, concert or event when visiting. We stay right across the street and it was priced right. The bartenders where vert attentive and did us right. Thank you guys. Overall great location, great seats and great price! Definitely revisiting for another event, the question is which one. So many to choose from too
