I will say the facility is at least 4 stars. Most of the massage therapists are awesome, a few newbies with great potential. Now moving on to the 2 stars. My daughters and I have been following Dolce Vita since they started many years ago. We have been to all their locations and have visited the Rancharrah location several times, but the last time will be our last. We even started a family tradition 3 years ago of all the cousins gathering for a pre Christmas spa day. That will be a sad loss. Long story short, spent the entire day (and lots of money) only to have my daughter's jewelry disappear. Her jewelry bag was left in the pocket of her robe after placing her robe in the laundry bin and was reported immediately as to exactly what was missing, to include pictures/links of the items. Staff looked for it in the moment, but it was not found. After several weeks of being told, we'll keep looking for it, or so and so will call you back, without any response. I sent a letter to Nyla Allen, CEO advising her of this incident. I never received any follow up until I called them for the third month in a row to cancel my membership. The person whom answered the phone cancelled the membership and told me that per the email sent (which I never received), they would give us two free massages for our troubles even though I had asked for replacement items, as they were very sentimental ,or money to replace them. I truly find it hard to believe that a business of that caliber, that claims to be a healing/wellness place, doesn't have $500 or at least liability insurance to replace her items. Bottom line, DON'T take your jewelry, and if you do, I hope it doesn't disappear like my daughter's did. We will be spending our time and money at another spa in the future.

Went with the family to celebrate an anniversary... the prices for massage services are definitely higher than just a massage-only location, but Dolce Vita definitely pust some effort into making this a spa experience. The initial rock toss into the water is a bit hokey, but the lounge area with bar - both internal and external patio complete with beds and a jacuzzi overlooking a quiet pond out back - is quite the spa vibe. There is also an ocean room for quiet relaxation after the services- definitely a nice touch. The locker rooms have showers and a small dry sauna for 1-2 people... make sure you get here early and get the full explanation of your post-massage options so you can truly make the visit (and price) worth your while. We got there reasonably ahead of the booking time, but even as first timers, we did not get a facility tour by the concierge as was stated because she wanted to make sure we had time to change clothes and be on time for the service. We only found all these bonus bits out by looking around ourselves and by getting told by the therapist. 3 out of the 4 in our party said they got the perfect massage, with excellent communication by the therapist to adjust the technique, preferences and pressure. Sadly, the 4th person got Debbie, who despite having indicated medium pressure in the check-in, got a very light massage without getting asked if the pressure needed to be adjusted during service. Debbie did ask A) any particular area that needs extra focus? Answer was calves. B) any areas like pecs or glutes that wouldn't be comfortable? Answer was no. Debbie proceeded to never come near the pecs or glutes and hardly spent any time on the calves :-(. In the end, this is definitely a place we would return to if we wanted to take full advantage of the whole experience- fire pit lounge, jacuzzi, day bed, bar, ocean room, sauna, AND a massage... which would make the service worth the higher price. But hopefully request anyone but Debbie.

Jasmine is a magnificent human. Compassionate and attentive to your physical and spiritual needs, the pressure and attention to detail during her massages are spectacular and you will always leave feeling better than when you walked in!

A delightfully, relaxing visit. We are in the area for business and my husband booked a massage for us. Can’t even begin to describe how over the top the experience was from beginning to end! The Jellyfish Room was incredibly relaxing. Perfect way to end up the day
