Tai Kong Spa specializes in Traditional Chinese Reflexology and Chinese Bodywork Massage. Foot Reflexology: Soaking your feet in warm water with Chinese herbs for 10 to 15 minutes will increase the circulation of your blood and relax your mind and body. After the soaking of the feet, we will use our palm and fingers to rub, press and massage the acupuncture points in your feet. By stimulating such areas of the feet, you will feel relaxed and refreshed. Foot Soak and Reflexology has been proven to aid in the detoxification of your body, preventing diseases, relieving pains and tensions, and improving your sleep quality. Chinese Bodywork: Chinese Bodywork was formed over 2,000 years ago in China, based on Chinese medicine theories. It relaxes your entire body with a gentle, effective massage. By stimulating your acupuncture points, it improves your overall health. It helps to relieve your muscle tension, body and mind stress, the soreness of your shoulders, back, arms and more!
