tripadvisorThis is a park in Coppell, TX. It is very well kept by the City of Coppell. It has different trails with plenty of bushes, trees and wild flowers. It is a natural habitat for a variety of plants and animal species. Trails are well kept with mulch, so it is really easy to walk around. There are many families with kids during the weekend.
MoreThe park is showing what nature is like in this part of the country. The trails are not surfaced and the river might run to high for crossing the dryfooted.
MoreThis park was located 5-10 minutes from the hotels near the Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine. Our Uber ride was less than $10.00 (one way) from the Embassy Suites hotel. We went here mainly to do some outside walking since we were visiting Grapevine in January and it was a mild 56 degrees. The park was a little disappointing because it bordered an industrial park. However, it provided a safe walking area on unpaved trails and a chance to cross a few bridges and see a small stream. We spied some interesting birds too!
MoreLovely place to run solo. This is a very unique safe place to come. I can come here late hours, all hours. It’s coll. Nice for families or for lonely people like me. I love it.
MoreYou can get both guided hikes or just hike on your own. There are 2 eco systems in this preserve so a guided hike might be a good idea to learn what its all about. We go regularly just to relax in natural surroundings. Perfect ~
