We arrived and spoke to a man on a golf cart who gave us the passcode to get in the cabin. We thought the cabin was nice inside but had trouble with the television hooking up to direct tv and called the number and left a message. I then left a message on text also with no response. Bed was comfy but had some issues with the air conditioner system but worked it out on our own. Really would have been better if that guy could have explained more.

The small lodging was clean, and the water was hot. Alpacas and waterfowl dwelled on the property. The keypads, door, and gate worked smoothly. However, the bathroom did not have a place for makeup or toiletries, and the creaking bed was a sinkhole, sagging in the middle. The toilet was the smallest and shortest I've ever sat upon. The dog barked all night, and traffic from a six-lane highway contributed to the disagreeable noise. The only stand to place luggage blocked access to one side of the bed. The adjacent U-Haul lot was visible. We booked two nights, but left after one night to stay at a much nicer, less expensive Hampton Inn.

This is no longer a BnB. Very disappointing. No breakfast, no host interaction, and zero personal service. Pub is now closed as well. New owners don't seem to care for the animals well. The property just isn't the same with the new ownership.

Definitely a 5-Star experience! Thank you Jim for your wonderful hospitality, your jokes, and your interesting stories. It made our stay very special and fun. To say that our breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious is an understatement. My granddaughter doesn’t usually eat breakfast and she practically cleaned the plate. We loved the Greystoke cabin and hope to go again someday, soon. Thank you, Jim, for a wonderful weekend at your lovely B&B.

My wife and I had an excellent time. We enjoyed a long weekend away from it all. Jim’s hospitality is second to none! Learning about the alpacas was very interesting but it was more fun feeding and interacting with them.
