Lippincott Architects specializes in custom residential design, of renovations and new houses. We transform your home and, many clients have said, we transform your lives. We will make your house feel better, work exceptionally and look great. We design to the context of your budget, your house, the site, the light, how you live and what you need. Often our additions are seemlessly integrated with your existing house both on the outside, so you can't tell what is old and what is new, and on the inside so the spaces flow and open together as you need. We create comfortable, beautiful spaces that welcome, connect, and inspire. We work to balance your budget against your needs and desires; in making the practical choices of updating systems and envelope products like windows and insulation, to the thousand decisions of finishes and fixtures. We will guide and support your green decisions. When we are done, the comment we hear most from our clients is "Evan, we love our home."
