Therapeutic massage has long been recognized as an effective means of stress reduction and is an excellent way of maintaining optimum health and wellness. We specialize in making each massage session one that meets your specific needs at the time of your appointment, and will utilize different modalities to meet those needs. We specialize in Hot Healing Stone Massage, pre-natal massage, massage for injury recovery and chronic pain, and Oncology massage for cancer patients, as well as Swedish Massage. An Infrared Sauna is available to help alleviate toxins and build up the immune system. We also have a Natureopath on staff. He has been in the business of helping the body heal itself for over 20 years and uses Contact Reflex Analysis to tell where the body is lacking in nutrition. He then suggests a treatment plan using different vitamins and suppliments that will help the body get back on track.
