My name is Michael Apidigian and I am the owner of Orange County CranioSacral Therapy. I am a Certified CranioSacral Therapist (CST-T) with the Upledger Institute, as well as a teaching assistant for the Upledger CST training programs. My clientele includes newborns to adults. My primary modality is CranioSacral Therapy for pain relief, rehabilitation, personal renewal, and relaxation. I am also a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner by the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) and often complement my CranioSacral Therapy with Polarity Therapy Techniques. I take a very holistic approach to your healing. My treatments encompass the integration of body, mind, and spirit to help you recognize and reconnect to your inner resources that are necessary for healing at a core level. My most gratifying experience is seeing the healing benefits of CST in my clients and providing them with inherent tools to re-balance the body naturally.
