We live close to this area and enjoy the size & length of the walking trail. It is clean, safe and our dog enjoys the whole experience! If you visit take along your poop bags, just in case! But, there are resepticals for trash. Also, carry bottle water for yourself & pet...it does get hot here in Texas! I recommend the trail adventures. Handicap accessible. Enjoy

If your dog is timid, a dog park might not be a good idea. On weekends, you can usually count on this park being well used. Dogs run free and have a great time with other dogs. Occasionally, overly aggressive dogs can be seen, but the owners take them home quickly. The park is divided in to two fenced areas. One is for small to medium size breeds and the other is for larger breeds. Poop bags are provided in several locations and for the most part, owners use them to clean up after their dogs.

The overall dog park is split into 2 sections, one for the smaller dogs and the other for the medium and larger dogs. Both sections are fenced in and have a staging area to enter then unleash before entering the main areas. The big dog section has both an open play area and a back section to walk trails through the woods. The small dog area is mostly open play area with some shade trees. there are benches to sit on and also a water fountain station with a couple of bowls.

I really enjoy bringing my dog here and he seems to like it too. My favorite part of this park is the wooded area in the back. Heads up if you go after a heavy rain because there are some MAJOR mud puddles all round which of course my dog always finds.

This is a great dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. There are many places to sit and relax under the trees while Fido plays. It is nice to walk through the wooded areas.
