Was there with a group of about 50 for a celebration of life for a friend. We were near the covered area and the tall trees provided nice shade for the 80 degree day. The park also had an indoor pool, kids playground and softball fields among other things. A little out of the way, but nice neighborhood overall as well. Would be a great place to bring the dog as lots of open field space. Bathrooms on sight were gross and didn't seem to be well maintained, no soap.

This was a nice park that we found when driving towards University of Portland. We needed a break and glad that we found this. It's bigger than it looked on the map. Saw people jogging and taking their dogs for a walk.

Columbia Park is one of the better parks in the Portland area. It has a lot of trees for shade on a hot day that is why I went there. It's like a forest with a lot of green grass and tall trees . It also has a water area for the children to play and that is beyond reproach ! Go there and you will see what I mean !! ❤️

I love this park. Simply a wonderful walk around/jog around park. This park is the greenest of greens. The air smells so good. I love stopping here on the way to Captured By Porches.

The park had what I'd call old timber, huge trees, it also has paved pathways, picnic areas, horseshoe pits, play areas for the kids with water play area. It's a really nice park just for a stroll. This is one of the nicest parks in Portland.
