If I visit you at home or work I guarantee that I will resolve your issue; if not I will charge a nominal fee for gas and recommend someone else with more experience in solving the problem at hand. I charge a fraction of what the competitors charge and work on a sliding scale. I bill in half hour increments with a one hour minimum if I have to travel more than fifteen minutes to your location. I will be very upfront about what you can expect to pay, and we can discuss fixed pricing for some issues to work with your budget and needs.
