We went for their 5-6 pm happy hour on Saturday night with the intention of getting dinner afterwards. All seats at the bar were taken, and the restaurant was on a 15 minute wait. We put our names down, and asked about grabbing a drink at the bar while we waited. The host told us that was not an option, as people are not allowed to stand at the bar (?).We sat down shortly thereafter. It took about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. The appetizer came out 5 or so minutes later, but almost 30 minutes later, we still did not have our drinks. The server assured us they were on the way, and took our dinner order. The drinks finally arrived, just before dinner was served.It was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was good (which is the reason I am giving the review two stars instead of one), but the service extremely poor, enough so that I would not go back again.

Ray is and always will be the best bartender for this gin joint. That aside, the music is fantastic, the food is tasty and the drinks are plentiful,

I love dropping in at Ace to see their gift section, and also when I have a specific tool or hardware need. tThe store associates will answer any question and point you to the right person in the store, if one of their associates knows more. It is always a delightful experience!

Fun place to grab a cocktail, listen to some live jazz, and some lite bites, great vibe, may have some wait to be seated.

Nice ambiance, innovative drinks, sense of place, warm and inviting, a place unlike any other. Highly recommend.
