Kristine Kay waxed my eyebrows and did a excellent job. She took her time and shaped them perfectly. I am fairly new to the KC area and have tried various places. Kristine has my business!

I did not get what I asked for. I was very unhappy but once I contacted the stylist and the owner of the salon ... they gave me a full refund. I appreciate that they made it right. Thanks!
