I had a wonderful airport experience with them. The driver was extra nice and the ki,o was super clean and new. The driver took Me nervous my family on a little tour before the hotel. I would recommend this service to all my friends. Prices are reasonable

I Had a really good experience with them. The drivers were really nice and they were on time. I surprised my mother for her 50th birthday and she loved it. After picking us up from jfk the driver offered us champagne to treat my mom for her birthday. I am pleased with the service.

I organised this service a month before I arrived in NY and was Quoted $75 for a basic town car. When we arrived in JFK I called the company to find out the driver wasn't even at the airport. He turned up as we were waiting for our luggage. He informed me the my card was declined so I called the company and sorted payment instantly. I then gave the phone to the driver to get confirmation. As we were waiting for the luggage he decided to go out for a cigarette. The driver had broken English and smelt out cigarette during our trip. When he dropped us off he forced me to give him my credit card as he wanted to take a photo of it for his records. Meanwhile I had to wait in the freezing cold.I found out the next day that they charged me US$125 which was $50 more then they quoted with no explanation of the additional charges.I called 4 times and they still couldn't explain what the additional charges were for and why they weren't explain when booking the car.I suggest you ensure how much you are in for before booking your car.
