We all had an absolute blast! The four of us wanted to get some touring of the city that we wouldn’t typically see. When we come we stay at Loews in downtown. So getting out of the area was great! Kyle was the tour guide and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. You watch short video and then Kyle takes you outside and does a more in depth training. He is extremely patient and kind. It feels really weird the first time you get on a Segway but by the end of the trip you don’t want to get off and wish you could just go on the next tour! Kyle is extremely knowledgeable of the area and tour. The next time we come we will do a different area with him! This time we did the art area, parks, Kauffman garden and country plaza. Such a great way to spend the morning or afternoon!

This Segway trip delivered as advertised and provided an excellent introduction to parts of Kansas City (KC) that this visitor, used only to walking the downtown area, would likely not otherwise see, such as the midtown art museums, the plaza, nearby fountains, the WW I memorial grounds, etc. Kyle, a KC native and my guide, was professional, knowledgeable, articulate, attentive, and personable. I recommend this activity to anyone wanting to become more familiar with KC, and to have a good time while doing so.

I’ve done this tour twice now and it’s very informative as well as fun! My favorite spot is the Kaufman botanical gardens.

Kyle was very helpful in teaching us how to ride the Segway. Very patient!! It was a lot of fun!!! I would totally do it again!!

We had a great time, and our guide Jake was fantastic! After a quick lesson and a few minutes of practice, we were ready to roll. We truly enjoyed the museum tour.
